Factory Sample Rigid Rear Fender

Rigid rear fender with 3/4" wide braces features two piece spot welded skirt.
Fender is fully assembled and riveted together with hinge. Fender may require a slight adjustment on the hinge area and rear portion. All hinged fenders must be hand fitted at hinge and pin area before primer. Before finishing with primer or paint installer must prepare fender by checking alignment of fender tail and bracket. Alignment will have to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. *NOTE: Optimal updated hinge is available for restorers who would like to replace hinge on our fenders. Fender tail is not drilled or cut out for tail lamp installation. We suggest pre-fitting fender prior to painting. Factory sample are brand new pre-production parts but have imperfections in the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects, such as cracks or holes, there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment.
