Factory Sample Rigid Rear Fender Assembled

Factory sample rigid rear fender with 7/8" wide braces features a two piece spot welded skirt.
Fender is fully assembled and riveted together with hinge. Fender may require a slight adjustment on the hinge area and rear portion. All hinged fenders must be hand fitted at hinge and pin area before primer. Includes a replica rigid rear fender hinger set raw, V-Twin #50-1243. Before finishing with primer or paint installer must prepare fender by checking alignment of fender tail and bracket. Alignment will have to be adjusted and tweaked to fit your components. We suggest pre-fitting fender prior to painting. Factory sample is a brand new pre-production parts but may have imperfections on the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects, such as cracks or holes, there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment. *NOTE: UPS may consider this part as packaged "oversize" for shipment, as compared to the actual weight, which will result in higher shipping costs.
