2025 New Production two piece fat bob Knucklehead gas tank set with emblem mounts has a fuel capacity of 3.5 gallons. Tank set accepts a cateye dash only. For EL and FL models.
Tank set features handshift mounts and shut off rod provision. Order shut off rod and seat kit separately. Mount strips are welded to each side to attach emblems and stainless trim. Order emblems and trim separately. Tank may require fuel rod alignment before installation of shut off assembly. Check the tank for flaws or fit before painting. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. Clean the inside of the tank. It is suggested to pressure test and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition, and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Factory sample are brand new pre-production parts but have imperfections in the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects, such as cracks or holes, there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment.
