Factory Sample Electric Start Oil Tank

Our chrome wrap-around 4-speed oil tank is for electric start models, and has a four quart capacity. It features a built in battery box.
Accepts a 12 volt FXE type battery and braided or rubber lines. For use with stock rigid or swingarm frames. Threading on all of the holes is 1/8"-27 NPT. Installer will need to secure the rear of the tank to the fender on rigid frame installations. Tank require mount bracket on swingarm frames for installation. *NOTE: The battery box measures 7-5/8" x 4-1/8". Factory sample cover are brand new pre-production parts but have imperfections in the finished surface. Check threaded and bearing holes for excess plating before installation. There are no physical defects, such as cracks or holes, there will be cosmetic imperfections only. Sample parts may show marks from installation test and fitment.
