SMC Electric Start Oil Tank Chrome

Swingarm York oil tank features a chrome finish. Oil tank is for use on 4-speed models with a stock swingarm frame.
tncludes screw in filler cap with dipstick. Tank is for use on 1965-1985 models. York oil tank allows fitting of electric start motor kit. Tank does not have provision for 1968-84 clutch cable adjuster. *NOTE: Rear of tank mounts to frame tube. Raise tank as desired. *NOTE: Removeable bracket allows use on 1958-1964 FX and 1965-1984 FL electric start models. *NOTE: Order oil tank mount bracket set, separately to mount to 1958-1984 FL swingarm frames that use electric start. Brackets can be modified to fit rigid frames. Filler cap features a original threaded style, included. *NOTE: Tank shape referred to as "Horseshoe" or wrap around. Will NOT accept 1979-84 rotary top 4 speed transmissions type. SMC our original oil tank maker since 1979! Installer must fabricate mounting brackets for the front and rear of oil tank.
