Ratchet top shifter drum kit includes drum with neutral all the way down and 1-4 up. Easy to find neutral!.
Kit includes drum, shaft and gear. Primary desing for hand shifter. *NOTE: Ratchet arm is FLH type (Botton Pull) with hand shifter conversion rod police syle, for jockey handle and gate on tank. For foot shifter pedal and plate controls, pattern will be reversed all the way up neutral rest 1-4 down with shifter control kit, available separately. **NOTE: Shift pattern N1 drums were orignaly developed to prevent miss shifts betwwen 1st ans 2nd by positioning neutral at the bottom, under 1st. This eliminates all room for error in finding neutral on jockey shift bike. The N1 shift drum pattern is N-1-2-3-4; with neutral being the most forward when using the hand shift lever. If this kit is used on forward controls (bottom pull, FL models) the shif pattern would be reversed(reverse shift; 4-3-2-1). All the way up on the shift lever would be neutral and all the way down would be 4th gear.
