74" Short block is shipped fully assembled. Sifton oil and breather assembly with overhead oiler, stock stroke flywheel, Timken bearings, stock cam properly installed with a matched pinion and cam gear with Torrington bearing. Assembly is supplied with a cam cover and chrome lifter blocks are fitted with standard tappets. Tappets will accept a hydraulic lifter or solid conversion kit, sold separately.
