Sifton oil pump features geo-rotor compact cad-cam design, billet aluminum construction, superior scavenging and increased feed flow rate which eliminates wet-sumping in crankcase.
This unit consists of an inner and outer rotor instead of conventional gears. Oil supply rate is 1.6 times more than OE and oil return rate is 4.5 times greater. This oil pump has an oil pressure of 100 psi when cold. Oil pressure is regulated to 23 PSI at 3000 RPM. The oil pressure at idle is 12 PSI at 1100 RPM. This oil pump does include hardware. The return outlet is on the top and the feed is on the bottom. *NOTE: Comes with the gasket and fittings for the rubber hose only. The high performance oil pump is the solution to oil starved engines using conventional gears or stock oil pumps. V-Twin engines have always been starved for oil at idle and even more so when running hot and fast. Conventional oil pumps will cavitate and stop supplying oil at around 5,000 RPM. The gerotor oil pump will supply an increased volume of oil from idle up to 14,000 RPM and will maintain excellent oil pressure under the most severe temperture.

The unique gear system in the Oil Pump will reliably supply a volume of oil of more than 150% on the pressure side of hte pump and an amzing 450% increase on the return side.
The pump is machined from 6061 T651 billet aluminum and contains the finest components.
All pumps are individually inspected and polisehd to a brillant finish.
