Frame Hardtail Kit

Frame hardtail kit is bolt on type for alignment to facilitate welding in place.
2" longer than stock, tubes feature an 1-1/4" outer diameter to match existing lower frame tube. Alignment relies on the swingarm pin with bushings and upper rear frame section with 4 bolt attachment points. *NOTE: Must order a 1" or 25mm axle separately. Axle plates are machined for a 1" axle. *NOTE: For required OEM alignment components, refer to a FLT factory parts book. *NOTE: Lower fender bracket installed. Top plate aligns with 3 holes in seat plate and the lower portion mounts to the transmission swingarm pin location. This hole features a 5/8" inner diameter. Lower mounts use dowel pins to drive into existing holes in lower frame rails. OEM Parts listed are for alignment purposes, and are on original chassis. OEM rear frame section is not required for alignment. *NOTE: Primarily for installation on 2009-2016 models, but can be adapted to most Touring frames.
