Forward Control Mount Kit Black

Forward control mount kit features a black powder coated finish. Includes a 2-hole mount brake side adapter plate and a 3-hole mount shifter side adapter plate.
Includes six 3/8"-16 x 1" flat socket cap screws. For right brake and left shifter to mount 1973-1994 controls on 2000-2017 Softail models. Mount plate measure 1/2" thick. *NOTE: Must order brake lines and shifter rod separately, as required.
