Order mount hardware kit separately. Black ribbed base plate with vent holes, will accept stock seat "T" bar mount systems which also must be ordered separately. Features nickel plated rivets. Exact for 1936-39 EL, 1936-39 UL, 1936-39 G, 1936-39 W! The measurement from center to center of the stud mounts in the rear is 10-7/8".
