Replica 3-5/8" bore piston set standard size with 8.5:1 compression ratio and an outer diameter of 3.6250" with .0025 clearance. Finished bore size is 3.6275.
Replica 3-5/8" bore piston set standard size with 8.5:1 compression ratio and an outer diameter of 3.6250" with .0025 clearance. Finished bore size is 3.6275.
For installation of 3-5/8" cylinders after spigot holes have been enlarged. (See diagram for photos.) Can be used on 4-1/2" flywheels. Set includes Hasting 3 piece rings, 2 wrist pins, and 4 circlips. The pistons have a steel expansion control strut cast. Finished bore size is 3.6270". **Note: Run engine at moderate speeds for at least 500 miles, avoiding excessive running in lower gears, in order to properly break-in new pistons and rings. *NOTE: All cast iron cylinders have same piston to wall clearance .0025 -.003.
