For installation; wash the cover and engine flange with solvet. *NOTE: Surfaces must be dry, no oil or lube of any type. Use the lock washers or thread lock and torque (one time): 20 to 25 inch pounds. *NOTE: Do not overtighten. Over tightening makes the gasket squeeze out.
